Bean Dip

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 green chili pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 cups cooked, drained pinto beans
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup picante sauce
Saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is transparent. Add chili pepper and cook until soft. Place mixture in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Chill. Serve with corn chips, or raw vegetables.

Oh Sandra, this is fantastic. So many beans, and so healthy. Not only a dip, but can be rolled in a flat tortilla with lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoe. Thanks so much sugar. Keep em coming. Rating you each time with the + that you deserve.
