TIPS and Advice in Interviews

For 14 years I worked in a factory personnel office. I did a lot of hiring during those years. Up until that time I had always been terrified of being interviewed. However, after doing all those interviews I figured that it wouldn't be so bad any more. After all, I would only be talking to another person like me, and talking to me isn't scary. Be honest, be yourself, and whatever nerves you are feeling, don't show them. After all, the person interviewing you is looking for an employee and hopes to find one in you.
