Summer time frozen treat

Those warm summer days are just around the corner, so I thought I'd share a summer time treat that my children (and the neighbor children!) love.
I take a peeled banana, put a popsicle stick in one end. Then I smear on berry preserves or peanut butter or nutella.. cover it from top to bottom and all the way around. Then I roll it in granola or chopped nuts or toasted coconut. Once finished, I place them on a sheet pan which I've lined with wax paper and put it in the freezer. Once they've frozen, I place them into individual sandwich baggies and put them back into the freezer.
They're so quick and easy, it takes no time to make a whole pan full of them! Plus, they're healthy, so I don't feel guilty letting my children having as many as they want.
Last summer, I took the sticks out of them and put a few into the blender with some frozen yogurt and made smoothies. Those were awesome!

I never thought of granola... bananas dipped in chocolate, then rolled in granola still have to be semi-healthy, lol.
