Low carb diet

I have started eating a low carb diet 3 1/2 weeks ago and have lost 14 pounds! WooHoo! I like it because I am not really that hungry! I'm beginning to get just a little tired of baked chicken all of the time but it could be worse! Has anyone else tried low Carb?

Congratulations. That is a very good loss for such a short time. Are you allowed to eat veggies at all? I am thinking of trying a low carb diet, but I eat mostly fruits and veggies. (And, yes, I will admit it, candy bars.)

Thanks! Yes, but you should mainly eat GREEN vegetables. Any green vege's are very low in carbs. Potatoes, corn, and carrots aren't good for low carb though. Meat, green vegetables, eggs and cheese are the main components on a low carb diet. Goos luck!

Cindy!! That's fantastic. I did South Beach but it took me double the time it takes me lose on Weight Watchers, so I know that Weight Watchers works best for me, but some people do fantastically on low-carb. I'm so proud of you! Woo hoo!
