First of all you have to try to stop stressing because that may work to your detriment.
Try to concentrate on a high protiejn and los starch diet.
IF you eat rice, potatoes, pasta and anything starchy ..eat in smaller quantities and eat only in the early part of the day..NOT in the evening..
Try to eat loads of green veggies that help you to eliminate waste..as much as you can also carrots are very rich in fibre and are great for getting the poo out!! Prune Juice aswell is great..We have a glass with my hubby every day. these are things that we do and we don't put on any weight. Eat a light begetable soup at night with no starchy things in them. Just a mixture of your freshest local veggies. I really hope this helps..Yoga or tai ji is also great for circulating the energy so you can shift the weight off slowly, gradually and properly..Crash diets are crap..

To lose weight, you have to take in less calories than you use. If you take in something like 2500 extra calories over the amount you use in a week, you will gain approximately 1 pound.
If you are really serious about losing weight, you need to start keeping track of everything you eat each day, listing its calorie value and adding everything up to see what your daily intake is.
Then figure the value of the exercise you do. You can get charts in a good diet book. Biking uses a certain number of calories in so many minutes. Walking uses so many calories, etc. Then see if you are taking in more calories than you are using. If you are, you will gain weight.
Most women can lose weight slowly if they keep their calorie intake at about 1500 calories a day. Some may need to cut it a little more if they aren't pretty active.
If you find a friend to work with you on this, it will be easier and you can encourage each other. Good luck.
