Do you have a tattoo or plan on getting one?

yes I have 2 cat tattoos I love tattoos and want more .

I've been wanting to get a tattoo for years now, but so far have not gotten one. I'd really like an anklet. Something pretty simple, and I'd like my son's initials to be somewhere 'hidden' in the design. I would like to get one before the end of summer, and I think my best friend would go with me. Now it's just a matter of finding the time and a place to do it. Oh and finding a design would be helpful too :)

I don't have any tattoos yet. I *think* I'd like to get at least one some day. But I don't know how far down the road that might be. I have never put tons of thought into what I'd like to get. But I know whatever it is, it would be fairly small. I'm not a huge person, so I wouldn't want to get something that would be too overpowering. I don't know what I would get, but I don't think I'd get something that might be considered too trendy or dated like a cartoon character or anything like that. (Does that make sense? Not that I don't like it when other people get things like that, but it just wouldn't be good for me.) I'd rather get something that would be more symbolic and meaningful to me. I like your choices, BTW. I don't think you can go wrong with roses, hearts, or stars. :-)

Right now I have five tattoos: 1) An ankh, which I got for my 30th birthday. It has the traditional meaning of life, and for me, it was a reminder that life doesn't end at 30. :) 2) The Chinese characters for "serenity." This one was my least thought out tattoo, but I do like the idea of serenity always being near me. 3) An Eye of Horus, which has a traditional meaning of knowledge. 4 & 5) The Norse runes "dagaz" and "wunjo," which roughly correspond to the letters D and V or W (my initials) and also mean "dawn" and "joy."

I am getting a fairy done, with a celestial background.Fairly large too, for a first piece, but I fell in love with the design.She will also have fireflies above her head each representing my children, my son and the daughter I lost...so it will be special, plus if I have more children I can always add more fireflies :) I really can't wait.

I am planning on getting one. I just have not made up my mind what I want to get but I do know I want it on my lower arm close by my wrist.

I do really want to get a tatto, but i dont want to look like the back of somones notepad i thin i will only be getting one i have always liked the english flag it means alot to myself and i would be proud to have it on me i suppose if i had two i would also get a manchester city badge as for the same reason.

I am interested in getting a tatoo one day. Something on my shoulder or bicep. But I'm losing the interest little by little...

i plan on getting one this weekend. but im kind of nervouse b/c im getting it done by my friends ex-boyfriend at his home studio. i dont like the idea of getting it at someones house but i dont really have a choice. but he use to work at a tattoo parlor so he knows what hes doing.
