Definately dinner. Breakfast choices are pretty standard and I can make most of those menu items at home pretty easily. Dinner has alot more choices and things I wouldn't want to spend the time making at home.

Can I go out to dinner, but have breakfast? I'm not a morning person, so getting up early just to eat is not something I really look forward to. I do love breakfast, though. And I'm a huge fan of any restaurant that serves breakfast all day!

Absolutely dinner! First thing in the morning (if I eat then) I'm not much of a big eater. I eat more at dinner time.
