How many people need to take a sleeping remedy when on depression medicine?

Does anyone here take sleeping medicine on top of depression medicine? Does it work for you? I would like to know more about others who are in the same boat.

I've always had insomnia, but it got worse with medication. It seems o help me,though, if I take my meds early in the moning as opposed to closer to bedtime. Sometimes I take a sleep aid, but it mstly doesn't work.

This is good advice, I will take this into consideration after talking with my doctor first of course. I always take my meds in the morning. But lately I have been having a hard time sleeping so my doctor gave me some sleeping medicine to help me through.
