Wanna look good in your bething suit this summer? or just need some tips to readjust your daily diet? I know a site that can help you with that There you can find tips for a healthy diet - individual support and an e-book with recipes and a diet plan So what do you think YOU would need to lose weight ? Do you think you could succeed with a diet plan, recipes and tips? or Do you think you would need a "coach" to give you personnalized advice and diet plan ? Which one ? and Why?

Oh wow I have a way to go thank goodness before my next summer, I have already lost quite a lot of weight and even today I tried on a new pair of my pants that were too tight for me to wear but gee whiz they fittd perfectly and I am very happy about that so I am definately doing something right as the weight is coming off. I lost my weight through my own self ideas.

i really want to lose my weight but it seem difficult for me as i have tried so many things to get my shape back. I have read somewhere that stress can cause us to gain our weight. When i think back, this is might be true - I was working as a project executive with an IT based ocmpany for 4 years and for 2 years earlier i can say that i worked almost 24 hours which only 6 hours rest in a day. The work load keep me stick to my office and i work even work 7 days in a week. I don't go for weekend or any day off. I use my mind fully to think about my work as i don't want to get scold by my boss.At that time my body is still in shape but when the 3rd year came, i can feel that i am gaining my weight and yes it wouldn't stop. This is also due to my diet everyday which i don't have a proper meals at the proper time. I am very difficult to get sweat as i am working in aircond office. I need anything to hep me to get back my shape, i prefer if there's anything which i can take to bind my fat - yes a fat binder.

Well I could use to lose a few extra pounds Your method sounds interesting, I will have to check it out Do you have any before an after pictures by any chance? I also like the idea of the personnal coach ... I always need something to help me stay focused thank you so much for that discussion

thanks for the site! actually there is a website that could count your calorie intake daily... i can't remember it though, try to search for it, very very useful... right now i lost 15 lbs and 4 inches off my waist, but im still halfway there im still very watery and i want to be lean before summer is over. wish i could do that in a couple of months!

thank you but I don't really want to have to count calories ... because it makes you really feel on a diet That site is about eating healthier as part of a new way of life rather than being on a diet all the time... you lose weight on the long run and it stays off because you have changed you eating habits

I could definately do with a few inches less around my middle, hpwever I won't go on a diet, but plan to return to swimming next week I had two operations late last year and had to stop swimming, but now have the all clear. I live in Thailand and it's very hard to cut back on my food.
