Do you leave feedback?

Lately when I've sold items on half.com it seems like none of the buyers leave me feedback. Do you? If so why? If not why?

I have been with Half.com before they were connected 100% to e-bay. You were not always able to leave feedback. I think most users are not even aware you can leave feedback for sellers. I try to remember to leave feedback, but I don't always remember. Unfortunately, they don't have a system set up that reminds you to leave feedback for sellers. I have bought and sold quite a bit or half.com recently, I haven't had a buyer or a seller leave me feedback.

I too have had a half account long before they partnered with eBay however I have even sent the buyers request to leave feedback and when I send the products I send them a letter and an email that has a link back to the site for them. I just don't understand why people aren't out there to try and help sellers even though most sellers leave feedback for the buyer as soon as the item gets shipped, or at least I do.

When I sell on ebay I leave feedback for buyers immediately, but not always on half.com. To tell you the truth I just recently discovered you could even leave feedback when you use half.com. I don't think you could always do that after they partnered with ebay. In my opinion, people view half.com as a completely different site than ebay because ti doesn't rely heavily on feedback. I don't think people who use half.com even check feedback before they buy items. They are more worried about the description and costs.

I completely agree that people aren't that concerned about the feedback for the sellers on half however since the two are directly linked with each other it is better for the seller and it gives new buyers the opportunity to increase their feedback as well.

I'm a buyer, and I always leave feedback, after receiving the item. I think it's very important, it's the best way to understand reliability.

I think it's great that buyers like yourself are still out there leaving feedback for sellers no matter if it's good or bad as long as it's honest.

I always leave feedback. Good and 1 negative, it lets other buyers feel more secure in purchasing something from the seller. I think everyone should do it but have many purchases where the seller never left me a feedback and that frustrates me because I took the time to leave them feedback. I pay as soon as the auction has ended, everytime.

Sometimes there are bad sellers out there as well, I would never say that it's only the buyer's fault because the way I see it is once a seller has shipped their item then their side of the transaction is over and they should leave feedback for the buyer and expect the buyer to do the same once they have received it. Thank you.

I have been selling custom made doll clothes on eBay for a couple of years and I always leave feedback. Sometimes I will email someone and let them know that I have left them feedback and hope they do the same. But some people either just don't get it or just get lazy and don't feedback. Check my site: http://stores.ebay.com/Dream-Doll-Boutique

i am a seller too in ebay.for ebay i do earn some positive feedbacks after selling some items.i usually will email my buyers to remind them to leave me some feedbacks then only they do so.on another auction site i do have a problem like you.last year eventhough i sold so many items but i never earn any feedbacks from my buyers even after i left positive feedbacks for them.only start this year my buyers started to give me feedbacks after sales id done.mostly buyers are not aware feedbacks are important for sellers.it will represent whether people do trust to buy items from you.but for buyers after they received their items they consider its done

I have tried several times to get the buyers to respond to my emails however it seems once they have received their item they no longer care. Or at least that what my experience has been the past few months.

I always leave feedback, it takes only a minute to do and it tells you what a person didnt like about your buying or you tell them what you didnt like. Usually i leave positive feedback as i usually like the products. It just shows that you are a reliable customer and it also gets ebay off your back about "You need to leave feedback for 3 items" lol

I've never used half.com, but I buy and sell on Ebay as a regular home business. I always leave feedback for items I buy as soon as I recieve the item. When I sell on Ebay, I wait for the buyer to recieve the item and leave me feedback, then I do the same for them. I'd say that about 98% of my buyers leave feedback. Feedback is very important for sellers. I know I won't buy from anyone that has a lot of negative feedback. I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay and am very proud of my Ebay reputation!!

I try and read every single feedback that I receive as well even though most of them are canned ones that sellers just copy and paste. :) Thank you for the post.
