Calories in movie theater popcorn vs Big Mac

I read in a health mag today that eating movie theater popcorn was the same as eating 4 big mac's. Can you believe that. I like the popcorn, but if I'm going to get the same calories, I would enjoy the Big Mac's more. What do you think? Popcorn or Big Mac?
