Where are those 90% of My Lot members from?

When I first joined My Lot, I published a discussion on a topic that I thought was very well known (Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes) and I didn't receive many responses to it. I was told by one person who did respond that 90% of the people on My Lot are not from the United States, and were not familiar with PCH!! Now, I don't know where that figure came from, but it got me to wondering just how many countries are represented by the members of this site. Where are YOU from, and what do you enjoy about My Lot?

What time did you post your question. This is going to sound crazy, but depending on what time you post depends on what people you get. Plus, posts get buried quickly. So if you post at 1am, you probably are not going to get people from the US and by the time they log in you post is already on page 100. I would guess the majority of people here are from the US, with India in a close second.

I think it also has alot to do with how faithful your friends are in commenting on your discussions

I come from Germany.I enjoy the diversity of people and cultures here. Also I enjoy to improve my English. If I am here, I am forced to use English and so I do not forget it. Also I enjoy the great discussions.

Hello! I was shocked at first that most of the people on here arn't from the USA either. I'm from the USA like you. From what I've seen.. most of the people on here seem to be from India. It's interesting because with each discussion you can see how each country has VERY different views on how things 'should be'.

I'm interested in the response to this discussion. I'm from the United States of America, and very proud of it. : ) I like finding out helpful information. I get some great recipes, some killer time saver tips, I have been introduced to wonderful and helpful sites, have been shown where to save money for certain products...the list goes on and on. I also like all the different interests people have. I enjoy finding out the 'why' behind people's likes and dislikes.

I am from India and love to be a part of mylot. Mylot is a great site, and i am greatly thankful to the person who referred me to mylot. Mylot is a community of different regions, cultures, customs, religions etc. So there is a lot of diversification here.
The most of people here are from India. India is no.1 regarding population in mylot. I wonder that india have surpassed united states in mylot regarding population.
