confused???less earnings??

what is the rate for:
1. starting a discussion
2. post comment
3. referrals
bcoz i kind of confused right now. i've been joining mylot for about 3 weeks now, i've got 2 referrals, 5-6 discussions and post several comments on other people discussions(don't remember how many), but i only earns 11 cents up until now. :(

Greetings nirwana, as I see your a newbie here!;)
First off, I am sorry that I cannot help you about your earnings because I do not know how much we get paid. But I think we ge 0.2 cents everytime we start our own discussions, the same goes to responding on other's discussions. You can also earn by uploading a photo everytime you start your own post, and you can upload photos in your responses by the time you have reached 500 posts.
All I can say is, don't mind yet your earnings because I am sure it will go up everytime you participate. You've only got 12 posts on your count, so to earn more, means you have to post more. The usual number of my posting is about 30, which depends on the quality of my response. I earn at around more or less a dollar everyday, which I think is good enough for me.
I suggest you make your own post of good quality, may it be discussions you started/responded. Earning money online is never that easy, work hard to earn and post responsibly to help you earn more..

thank you for your response, raijin. before this, i always thought that as long as i post my discussions or responses, it will be enough. i never knew that the earnings that i've got was based on the quality on my discussions i've started/responses. now i have to put on little more efforts in mylot:)

I don't know the exact rate. I don't think anyone does. One person said she had to do 35 responses each day, to earn $1.00.

It is a little confusing when you first start, I am not an expert but from what I have found out you get 1 point when you respond to a discussion, when you start a discussion you get one point only on the first response you get...on what your referrals earn you get 25% as well on their postings and stuff.....
