Opinions for childhood maturity

Its the age were anyone can go easily in wrong community or directions.They have cross the age of maturity but still they totally depends on some one.They can't take the appropriate decisions.Its like a confusion type of person always things negatives in mind.What'S yours opinion on this please include your points.

i am completely agree with you, maturity comes from age and soroudings of human beings from childhood we have to give the responsibility to our children that is helping them to come out from difficult situation .
