High salary or pleasant environment

Well where I work is in the concrete jungle so it's polluted already my boss arent that great but im a praying soul so they dont get to me all that much agin and my salary is all that great and increase will make me feel my better and I can serene play of fresh air and relaxation with my raise of pay....

I prefer high salary with plesant environment^_^. If our company combine two of that criteria, i believe its such a big company with a good management. So the employee will do much and much better job.

A pleasant environment is definitely the choice. But i dont mind working if the environment is workable and im getting a high salary. After all, im not looking to make best friends at work - money is what matters at the end of the day.

If i have financial crisis then i will go for high salary. I will work there for few months/years and will satisfy my financial problems. Once that is over then i will switch over to pleasant environment. So it depends on every individual and their problems :)
