Which one that you prefer in your job? Have high salary or a pleasant environtment?
Because i feel more confidence within pleasant environment so I can do my job better. Can you do your job in bad situation, bad relation, or bad boss although you get high salary? How is your feeling?

I prefer both high salary and pleasant environment. I
cannot do my work willingly hard if i have this unpleasant environment around me like co workers who had this crab mentality wherein there is envy, hatred and boastful. And also i can't do my job if this environment can be harmful to our lives even if i received bigger earnings.I valued my life than my work. Likewise, I prefer not to work if i got low salary and i had a pleasant environment. What is the use of having a pleasant environment wherein you experience a scarcity of budget for transportation, clothing, food as basic needs and for yourself? You work in a pleasant environment but not happy of what you've earned. This must follow the rules that govern about minimum labor wages to attain both happiness of earnings and enjoying the pleasant surroundings at the workplace. And that's what i need.

i would surely prefer a pleasant environment rather than having a high salary..Having a pleasant state of mind is very important...and money will never buy happiness to anyone...Working in a bad environment will tend to increase stress related problems which will wear us out mentally and physically...

The high salary is a incorrect criteria for the job satisfaction I think. Because as the offers would change with some high offers would always attract and compell you to change the jobs every now and then.
Only a better environment also is not the basic thing we can look at while selecting a job.
The job satisfaction is that where you are given a work and responsibility which matches with your skills and likings is more important I think.
I always opted my job from all the three aspects I mean I used to draw a central line in between all these crieterias.
All the best from oarnamav.

I would rather choose a work with a pleasant environment. I would be more productive and comfortable. One of the reasons why most employees resigned from a company even if they're receiving a competitive salary is that they're not happy with their job, especially with their coworkers..
