Does my computer infected by a virus?

Badly, yesterday was my bad day. My computer may be infected by a virus. All of my folder's name be renamed as *.src and each folder has size about 40kbs. Each time I try to open that folder, its always open my document's folder. Does anyone know what is that virus and what must I do to clean my computer again as well as possible? Help me please...

try to update your antivirus and scan and clean your hardisk...if it remains try using the system restore of windows and restore your system from the last known good configuration and if that still doesnt helped you then i guess its better to backup your files and re format your computer...
