I have a friend of mine who happens to be a manager in their company.It came into our discussion and taught me that managers only become true leaders as they realize their greatest joys come through the success of others.Now this question keeps me always in my mind and I was able to realize that we should neglect competition and self-pity in order to succeed in life.Instead we should help each other within your company in order to help each others to succeed. Who have you helped lately with nothing in it for you but the joy of seeing others succeed?
