for help conceiving a child and the child is born and is not the same color as the parents, what should they do? If a DNA test proves that the husband is not the father, should they sue the clinic? Also, what should they tell the child when she is older about why she looks different than everyone else in the family?

That's a tough one. The couple would sue the clinic for impregnating the woman with somebody else's semen that's for sure. When the child is older, they should just tell him/her as they would find out eventually anyway - and the child (that is now older) would find out that they have been lying to him/her. That's my view on this.

I totally agree with your answer! There would be no way that the parents could hide the truth from their child. And I would definitly sue the clinic because they didn't do their job correctly!
