House with hidden rooms & trap doors??

Have any of you ever wanted to create or even have a house with hidden rooms & trap doors, & some kind of secret tunnel to it? Or even have 1 room in your house hidden away that nobody else knows about?? If you have ever thought of this.. What would you want in these hidden rooms?? I personally have always been fascinated with this idea.. I'd love to someday have a house with at least one room being hidden away.. That nobody would ever know about.. I'd love to have one of those chairs.. That open up in to a slide.. I think that would be one addition I would love to have to this secret room or even passage way.. I have seen a few places such as this on television programs.. And some of the houses we're magnificent! When I would watch all of this.. I always thought to myself how I'd love to explore the house just to find some new & interesting things along the way.. I've honestly always thought that it would be rather neat to have a house that had secret passages in real life.. I'd love to someday create a house such as this! Anyone else out there ever thought of this?! . . Thanks for sharing with me your thoughts! xx

I've always been a fan of hidden rooms and passageways. I've been told it's very much a Scorpio trait, too. :) When I was young, we lived in a duplex that had a large space under the stairs and hidden behind the closet. I assume it was supposed to be a storage area, but I claimed it as my own. I used to take my toys, my books, a blanket and pillow in there and hide out reading and playing for hours. My brother was not allowed in! :)

I did not think there were people like this besides me. I love it too. If I had my own home I would love to have a movable bookcase where it would take you to another section of the house that no one knows is there. I love secret passages that will lead you to an annex that you can go to and get away from everyone and no one can find you there.

I don't have such a house... YET. Like you, I would love to have such a place. It is SO FASCINATING... but I think I need to get a bit richer first. :P

I think that would be so awsome! My friend acutally, had a house and in her house, there were secret hidden doors that would lead her to other rooms in the house. It was crazy, and kinda freaky because I have never seen something like that in like real life, thats always in movies, and then something bad happens. LOL. But yeah that would be really awsome.
