As a Human Resources Practitioner it's my job to advise people on promotions transfers and help them every day with their work related probleme. I see myself as a human Doctor. I have to keep confidentiality. Cant'share peoples problemes and I am the one suffering at the end. I toke peoples probleme to my heart and help sameout even financially because i see their low salaries can't keep them through the monthly pay. I have learn to care for others and putting myself in their shoes. Is there other HR Practitioners to join me and share their views and to became firends and exchange view Nombate
