i need desperate help here. i'm in the first stage of creating my first website from scratch so i went on the net to look for some help ( not enough money to hire a pro!)but i've been clicking on so many websites, i don't know which one should i follow. so much information that i don't know where to start. how do you choose which information to use when you are browsing the net?
