Future of Indian Cricket Team

I think india is a team which can go on any direction at any time... I think indian team will always remain as this performance as the adds provide indian teams more money than they pay ion a sigle match and so i think first of all all the add companies should not take this players as a brand ambasder This will create a problem for the team members And in team i think many players should be taken off and many should be included in the team to make it more perfect Take out the sehwag and dhoni and introduce raina and piyush chawla Indian team needs the youth not the aged...

I feel that first we should change the board and selction members. I feel there should be some flexiblity and every player should be given chance and all the non performers should be droped out of the team. I would also like if Saurav becomes the captain and there would be some local indian coach.

The next series for India is against Bangladesh. I think players like Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Anil Kumble, Rahul Dravid, Harbanjan Singh, etc should be rested and the players like Piyush, Gautam Gambir, VVS Laxman, Karthik, Dinesh Mongia, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Sreeshanth, Ramesh Powar, etc should be given chance. India should give youngesters chance looking forward for the world cup 2010. I think if more players are given chances during the Bangladesh series we can see which all players are the future players from the youngstes. The senior Indian players should be asked to play domestic cricket than international level and those who perform well should be taken back along with the youngesters who perform during the Bangladesh series. I think players should be rotated so that youngesters get enough chance to play more cricket at International level and get more experience before the World Cup 2010.

first thing i will do is throw this sehwag out of the team then sourav s retirement is a must and also sachin to play test cricket the one day team must consist of only youngsters

yes i agree somekind of rules have to come in to maintain their professional standard but i guess u just cannot refuse a person to earn cos they have worked hard to reach this level and they have a right to earn but yes some regularities have to be implied and as for the management well i think the cricket board is run by jerks not even one person is qualified to be on the board everyone is there to make money. Secondly the selection comittee should not have representatives from all the zones as it makes too many cooks spoil the broth i think the selection comitee should only the 1983 world cup winners as they have been there and done that who better then them to understand the pros and cons, and thirdly an indian coach and manager should be abolished instead the selection comittee representative should travel with the team and he should have the authority to make chop and and changes another thing is unity which should be embedded into the indian team and bowling coach and feilding coach but strongly indians for eg Shreenath would be an ideal example of a bowling coach and who better then Mohd Azzarudding as the feilding coach and fitness coach should be a man with credentials from his industry and then the support staff ofcourse the best has to be used cos we are richest board
