What do you prefer?
A) A job that you like a lot and you make it with passion but without career advacements
B) A new job that you know very well in particulars but there are possible promotions and the salry is higher
Give me a suggest,I have to make a choice in these days....

It would depend on which one has the most job security for me. If I left job A and found that things wouldnt work in job B, could you go back?
Or does job B enable you to learn a little more so you can change jobs later on to go to better places?

Hi acquaria, i went through this dilemma 10 years ago. You have to prioritise. Reflect on yourself, family, relationships, expenses, etc.. List it down the +ve and -ve factors. I'm sure you can systemetically come to a conclusion.
I had a degree in Info Sys & Managemnt while i was working in accountancy. I thought that would help me advance my career into the computing sector. However, i was starting my family in 5 years time. Would a high flying career be worth sacrificing my family? I say NO.
I've been teaching for 10 years now. Love my job and i have time to spend with my kids. I had to go through a significant pay cut no doubt. But who can pay me the time raising and nurturing my 2 boys? Money is important but it definitely is not the single most important factor for me.
My family is. Good luck & God Bless. - Lyn

I have nor one neither the other.... eh eh eh eh....
Well, generally speaking I love passion, so.... I always prefer it rather than and higher salary.
The answer can be only personal, and so.... if I should choose I'd choose the possibility A, but I recognize that life is very hard. Me too I live in Italia, and I know very well how it's hard to pay rent, mortgage loan, shopping, taxes, and so on....
I think that you have to think a lot of things before choosing.
