Anybody got any good tips on how to prevent a hangover or how to cure one? I seem to get them quite frequently lately, especially when I'm in a car. I'm sure it's the motion that enhances it, but I'm getting sick of it, and would like to put a stop to it. Got any ideas?

Drink at least one 16 oz. bottle of water before bed. That helps a lot. My grandfather swears that menudo will cure a hangover, but that just makes me ill. When I'm hungover I crave really greasy breakfast for some reason. Like, bacon and eggs fried in bacon grease and grits. With lots of butter. Most of my friends swear that it's disgusting, but it makes me feel better!
The best prevention, of course, is moderation, but who can do that all the time? Just try to stagger your drinks, and drink some water during the night. Then when you are leaving grab a bottle of water and make sure you drink it all. You'll feel better in the morning.
