first it depends upon both of your's understanding, if that guy is good at his responsibilities then he is definitely right person to you, u must beleive him, and he beleives you. Go through his activities and explain it if u found any concern to disscuss. But never live him alone.

thats true, There is some one but i just dont know if it is right or not i keep asking these questions but they are always left un answered..
