i ate my poop when i was a kid...

Ewww! My mom said when I was a baby, she came in my bedroom to check on me and I was rolling something around in my mouth. She was like, "Shona, what do you have in your mouth?" I wouldn't show her, just shook my head, no. She finally stuck her finger in my mouth and smelled it. She said she nearly threw up! They were like little roly polys! Thank goodness none of my kids have done that, YET!

Oh my goodness man!!!! That must have been so disgusting for whoever saw that event in your young life... Well anyway, you were a kid then, that's understandable... But dont you know there are in fact a group of people in the Philippines who think eating poop and drinking pee is a good way of detoxifying - these people are all grown ups and I think they really are very serious about their stand!!! How gross is that?!?!?!?!?

Oh my god, that is disgusting!! I'm sitting here as I read the post and I'm wanting to gag. I'm sure that there have been many kids out there that have done this but thankfully, I am not one of those that have. Now, I do know for a fact that one of my cousin's did play and draw art on his walls with poop when he was a toddler. Hahaha, I'm saving that story for the day he gets married and I'll tell his wife. I'm thinking if he played in it then he might have taken a bite to. I'll have to check on that one, lol. Thanks for the laugh.

Ewww yuk... I remember as a kid my mum was changing my baby brothers Nappy and my older brother came in and had brown chewing gum and put it on the bed Next to where my younger brothers poopy nappy was and then picked it up and put it in his mouth saying mmmmm yummy chewy but I actually thought it really was poo.... I have hung it on him for years saying he ate poo. PMSL.

I have never been told if I did that or not and honestly, I don't want to know. I used to take care of some kids that did that. I suppose most kids do it.

Oooh, If I did that I don't want to ever know about it. lol

My baby sister was very quiet during one naptime and I was watching TV with my father when my 6 months pregnant mother declared she needed a nap and went to her room. My father fell asleep on the couch and I dozed off on the floor with my pillow. After a while this 'smell' made me wake up. My father was still snoring, but it wasnt him. I got up and headed to the hallway and observed my sister smearing something over the wall by her crib. You can guess what it was. She turned to me with a "@hitty" grin and laughed. She reached down into her diaper for another load as I ran into my mother'sroom across the hall. WHen I announced myself to begin telling her what was happening, my mother later told us I said "Uh oh, she got me!" and turned around to show her my sister's bullseye in my back. I'll always remember my father gagging as he lifted my sister and put her in the tub. She had it everywhere, even in her nostrils and patinum blond hair. My mother couldnt bear it in her condition so I kept my sister company in the bathroom giving her a bubblebath while poor Dad washed the walls, crib and everywhere else my sister had pitched gobs of waste with Lysol concentrate. To this day I cannot smell Lysol wihout being reminded of my sister's "redecorating".

Ewwww! This is gross but I was told that I my and sister and I did also eat our poop. Gross! really really gross! It's my fahter who told us the story actually. My mother was at work and he was the one at home at that time. He got drunk and fell asleep and when he woke up, me and my sister are rolling in our pooh and got to ate them. Ughhh! Plain and simple gross! I'm sure glad I can't remember any of it.

I know I was a child before but I swear, I didn't treat the poop as a chocolate. Not even in my wildest dreams! That's a weird one, though.

hahahaha! pooop!? i never had one of those when i was a kid. although i remember tasting quite a few stuff before.. like soap bar tasted bitter and bubbly. candle was waxy and tasteless. clay.. i hate clay, it tasted rough and salty..yuck and it even has this weird smell.. perfumy smell. lip gloss tastes nice, especially the fruit flavored one, my best friend let me taste it because it was fruit based. and i also bit the lipstick, it tasted sticky and uh.. no taste at all. i think this were just a few of the items i tasted. but i know there's more. hehe just can't remember them.

YARG!!!!! Yea, I think I can understand why you blocked out that particular memory. Kids will try just about anything...then again they have to, to see what's disgusting and what isn't. Evidently that one was so gross that you blocked it out. Heck, I'm going to have to block out the memory of reading this discussion and replying to it, right after I earn a penny or two by responding to it. LOL EEEWWWW!!!!!

wow.i don't think i'd admit that if i did it LOL can't say i've done that,but i did get a whistle ball stuck up my nose as a kid.finally sneezed it out-shot like a bb pellet. i have no idea why i did that. seemed like a good idea to a 3 year old,i guess LMAO

Thanks for your confession. Because memory is strongly linked to smells and tastes, do you feel like gagging when you smell poop? Can you eat chocolate now? You're not the first or only toddler who has done that. I know someone else who ate his poop, also thinking it was chocolate. Come to think of it, he doesn't eat chocolate now.

I ate a hotdog sandwich straight right from a trash bin, but i never did take my poop. that's totally gross! I still remember how my mother totally got mad at me seeing me swallow that hotdog sandwich i got from the trash bin. she was so upset because she was so embarassed back then. It's as if she didn't bought me enough food. :)

LMAO! If you were to ever get lost in the forest or somewhere, as long as you have the ability to poop, you would for sure be just fine. Though you'd have to find water , which yeah you could also make your self {that's so messed up}. Kids do silly things, but they are just learning and exploring. I ate grass and dirt when I was a kid, and I cant remember what it taste like either, but yeah that doesn't make me want to do it again to find out ehh, thank goodness we have the ability to learn from what we do.
