Three applications running on MySql at the same time

Hi I have been asked to help with the content management of an anxiety disorders website called www.anxiety2calm.com Basically, I need to run Drupal CMS (content managment system), a blog (probably using wordpad) and a forum (punbb seems to be the best for what I want to do). The question is, can I do this all with one database, or do they need a database each? And if it is possible to do it in one, then how?
