today I prepared leeks-shrimp fry , hush puppies, coriander chutney with rice.I do different varieties each time.

Lets see today is Wednesday. We have meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and mc croni and cheese with ice tea to drink. Sometimes we have a varity of meals each day and whatever everybody wants.

Ohh, i had a friend publish a cookbook, GOOD LUCK Let's see, we make tacos alot, and enchiladas, love those. That's what my husband asks for atleast once a week, if not more!
