Kids tend to accept religion better at an early age. If you wait too long, they will rebel. I was raised Catholic and my husband Baptist. We decided to get a religion that we both felt comfortable with when we started our family. We chose Lutheran. I take my kids to church almost every week. They go to Sunday School also. My youngest who is 6 loves it. She is very willing to go to church and sunday school because that is what we have been doing since she was born. We stopped going to church before my youngest was born for about 1 year. My 13 yr old can't understand why we have to go back. He never complained before when we went every week, but then once we stopped and started again, he now feels like we are forcing religion on him. I would start talking to them now and if you feel comfortable, start looking for a church that you like. The younger they are, the less they will resist.

What the caption you gave is correct but what i think is it doesnot applies in case of the religion teaching as in my view each and every citizen has his own rights to choose the religion what he likes so what you do may become forcing on them and even what you teach in early stages about the religion may not be true for their concious and their are chances to change. Dont take it bad i just said my view.

To follow any religion you need to go thru the scriptures. And all the major religions in thew world talk about the same "one" "single" God. Since you have some belief, you need to decide what is your religion, go thru the scriptures and know about it. If it is a true religion, there, surely there would not be any contradiction, discrepancies, or paradox statements.... I believe Islam is the true religion. It is better to teach your children their religion from their small age how to fear God, how to pray, and etc., just like how you teach them to eat and sleep.

You are right,i agree with you. It is not important to teach them about the religion and what they are it the topic which has to be left to them and let them to decide about that and dont force them, they come to know about the religion at their school age and i think it wiil be the right age to discuss this matter with them so, be cool.
