It's illegal to download games off the internet for free so I don't think you should be asking. If you want to play then pay the money to buy the game.

there are so many free download web sites they are not all illegal.

They may not all be illegal, but the sims is. You will not be able to find it and download it for free. You will have to anny up the money to buy it.
