I am trying to do just that. I am hoping that I can tell my boss to stick it. I have worked for the same company for 2 yrs (over a yr in management) and it's not worth it anymore to put up with the BS.

I started up a business in april of this year making soy candles at home with my kids. I am working on getting it off the ground. Trying to get into a home based biz so I can quit and still pay the morgage.

Definately. I did quit a job that paid well. The owners worked everyone to the bone and asked for way more than anyone who wanted to have a home life could produce.

I would quit a job if I hated it but it paid well. It's not worth being miserable everyday for money. Like you said money isn't everything...Happiness is more important.

To be good with myself and if I donĀ“t think in anything else of course. Work takes a lot of time in life so I got try to be almost the time happy. But also money is important, and when we have a wife and kid, we think twice.
My dream is work for me, maybe sometime.
