I love carrot raisin cake the one that is moist. But I recently made a refrigerated cake and is so delicious and easy to prepare. You just have to layer grahams crackers, condensed milk and cream, peaches and mangos. And presto, you got an instant refrigerated cake. You whats you favorite cake flavor?

I eat almost all types of cakes. My favorites are blueberry cake and blueberry cheese cake. I am not that fussy when it comes to the flavors though since as i enjoy eating them. Among other flavors that i like eating are carrot cake, almond cake, chocolate mud cake, and plain cheese cake. Since i do not know how to make cakes, therefore i buy them. I like cakes baked by Starbucks as well as Coffee Bean. They make delicious cakes.

I Love homemade Carrot Cake with Chocolate Frosting! Cream Cheese Frosting is alright, but Chocolate really tastes better! KRISPY's CARROT CAKE: 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups Crisco oil 4 eggs 2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 3 cups grated raw carrots 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts Mix in large bowl, sugar, oil and eggs; beat well. In separate bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Blend dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 300 degrees for about 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool well before icing. CHOCOLATE FROSTING: 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened 1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar 1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 Tablespoons cold water Cream all ingredients together until spreading consistency. or CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups sifted powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon milk Cream all ingredients together until spreading consistency.

Though i like moist carrot raisin cake, i have to say that i enjoy eating carrot almond cake better. Well, anyway, my favorite is moist chocolate cake. As a matter of fact, i love all chocolate-based cakes. My top of the list favorite is Chocolate Mud cake. I enjoy eating cakes that are rich with chocolate. The richer, the better! Besides these flavors, i like eating other flavors too such as Carrot cake, cheese cake, mocha cake, coffee cake and fruit cakes. Among other fruit flavors that i like are banana, orange, pineapple and strawberry. Oh, another flavor that i like is Pandan leaves flavor. It is one flavor that can easily be found locally here in my country.

i saw the word "CAKE" in the topic and it really made me hungry. :) -lol- my favorite is carrot cake, lavished with macadamia and walnut and covered in cream cheese. i can go on eating just the carrot cake for days! it's also good to have it slightly refrigerated to make the icing not too soft and to make the cake itself a little moist. makes me really really hungry now! :)

Braso de Mercedes is love! I really love it. The yellow center. It's so sweet yet so yummy. Hmmm..at first you may think that the cake is made of all icing, but it's not. It is purely made of egg. Yum yum! I feel hungry. Goldilocks is the only bake shop here in the Philippines that have Braso de Mercedes.
