For those of us who know kids, they all have different personalities. I have four of them.
My oldest and pride and joy is my only girl (so far). She's 11 years old and she's so...squirelly. One day, I was watching her play around and she had this expression on her face and hyperness...that I had to ask myself, "Whom does she reminde me of...?" After much thought and soul searching, I finally had my answer: Scrat from the Ice Age movies! If you've seen that loveable prehistoric furball, you've met my daughter to a T. Infact, that's her ID everwhere she goes.
My oldest son is such a blunderbutt. I love him to death. The boy means well, but as he's running to get me a drink of water, he'll trip over something and fall over. Not that he's klutzy, he's just...Dark Wing Duck.
My other two hasn't developed a cartoon character just yet. The baby would have to be Jack Jack from the Incredibles.
If you have children, what are their nicknames?

My son is nicknamed monkey butt. When he learned to walk he started climbing right away, and we always pulled him off. Anyway i carry him on my back all the time, and we have this way of swinging him up there, one day i did it in the store, i swung him onto my back, and this woman said it reminded her of how a monkey swings onto its parents and clings there. Anyway the nickname monkey butt was born from that.
As for my unborn baby, he allready has a nickname. He kicks often, just like a frog does, i can feel both of his legs going at the same time, its really funny, so we started calling him froglet.

I don't have nicknames for all my children. My almost 2 year old gets called "Toughie" though. His grampa started it because he's a tough little guy. He's kind of big for his age and a little clumsy still. It's like he knows how to run but not how to stop yet. He's also a climber but can't always get himself down. The poor little guy gets himself in one scrape or another constantly but he always just pops back up and keeps going. It takes a lot for him to cry over it.

Aaawww...what a trooper! Such a precious child he is. That's the thing about children, they don't let things bother them...until they grow up and have to deal with OTHER children...then it's fair game and it's so sad. Kids can be so mean. I hope your little one "outgrows" his...dilemas. I love your answer!

I don't really have nicknames for my older children anymore but I did when they were younger .
For my babies my three year old is my Angel and this is what I always tell her . I have a story for her about the day that she was born for her as to me she really is an angel . I always tell her that on the day she was born that all the angels got together and sprinkled star dust in her hair of blond and then took a twinkle from the stars and put it in her eyes of blue then placed her in my arms to always and forever be my little angel girl . She was a long awaited for baby as we were told we would never be able to have another baby as I kept miscarring and after 8 and a half long years she became a part of our life when I proved them wrong not once but twice as I have had another once since . My baby is my Princess as she is just so cute because she is so tiny and she has really different eyes in the fact that all my children have blue eyes but hers are gray . I even took her to the doctor's about it and was told although it was rare it is possible when someone has blue eyes for them to change all the time and this was the result . I also call her peanut just as she is so tiny whereas my three year old is so much bigger for her age .

My daughter's name is Kristyn. From the time she was a baby I've always called her toots. My mom calls her Kristo and so does my husband. When she got older I started to call her Monty Cristo. That sounds real nice doesn't it? A parent calling their kid thesame name as a sandwich. LOL!

My son is 5, and he was climbing before he was walking, we just call him our monkey . . . But my daughter is 2 and she is rather clumsy, she never cries, she say "Boomers" to let you know she fell and then carries on, we call her "Boo", which was her way of saying "Boomers" when she was first words when she was walking, and it's just kinda stuck.
I watch a 2yr old boy is nearly 40 lbs, not overweight but big he wears a 5T pants and shirt, he hasn't mastered his strenghths, or his cordination inside that big body, so when he grabs a toy everything falls, he can enter a room and things just seem to fall in his presence, so we call him "Taz".

My oldest daughter I call Kat, or Kathleenie Chilibeanie (kinda of a knock off from Rocky and Bullwinkle.), My middle child we call Squishy, she got that one after watching finding nemo she kept walking around saying I shall call him squishy and he shall be mine and I shall call him squishy. My son I call little man or Mansey, it just kinda stuck one day, when he took his frist steps I said look at my little man. My kids are now 14, 10, and 9 and I still call them by their nicknames. I don't see it changing any time soon.

In India girls are getting married and go away with their husband to enter a new world with a new dream. Just like birds. So I used to call "CHIYA" to my lovely daughter it means bird.

When my older daughter, who is now 23 was little, we used to call her the bag lady. She would insist on dressing herself, and she would come out dressed in the weirdest combinations. Actually, she still dresses weird. Her dad dubbed her Pookie though when she was just a baby, and we still call her that.
My youngest daughter carried a blanket around with her which we called Booboo blanket, and somehow she ended up being called Boo.

I have 5 kids and for some reason the first 3 do not have any nicknames except for just a shortened version of their full name. Now my mother is a different story, the oldest 3 have nicknames of muffin, popsicle and short stuff... why she calls my son popsicle is beyond me. My 4 yr. old we call her duck, and she answers to it better then her real name lol. How she got the name was because she would stick her hands under her arms and squat down and walk around like that. She looked like a duck waddling.. it was too funny. My youngest is called by 2 names, either Ms. Em, that was from for 7 week stint in the NICU but I call her Memo. She actually named herself when she was about 1 yr. old. I thought it was cute so I started repeating her and now when you say Memo she says "what?".

My oldest is 6 and when she was a baby my husband dubbed her "Fussy Butt." We called her that until our son was born a year later then it kind of faded out. My husband calls her "Princess" now but it has gone to her head and she really thinks she is a princess that doesn't have to do anything for herself.
Our middle daughter was always called "Squawky Butt" because when she was a baby she sounded more like she was squawking then crying. Eventually it evolved to be "Super Duper Extra Squawky Butt" and eventually she was known simply as "Squawky" and answered to that until she was 3. She still answers to it but we don't really call her that anymore. She is also called "The Special" which has a long cute story involved, but I won't get into it.
The baby is "Stinky". I started calling her that right after she was born. Our middle daughter had watched Teletubbies and one of them is named Tinky Winky (normally they are not allowed to watch that nonsense but she found it on one day). Anyway she kept saying Stinky Winky so I started calling the baby that. Now we just call her Stinky, lol. Poor kid.
We never had a clever nick name for our son. Our oldest always called him Owie (O-ee) because she couldn't say Owen when he was born. My dad calls him Owie Schmowie. He calls my oldest Meginski (her name is Meagan).
