The word 'I love You'

Those are some powerful and powerless words. That of course depends on how you use them. I have never used these words unless for someone dear to me, like my family. They're words that we abuse sometime to get what we want. Isn't that a shame we used words that help heal us, just to use or abuse others. I personally have never used these words,.. to express myself towards to another unless I deem that to be necessary or a need to be. I plan to keep it this way. Through growing up, I've learned that some of us out there can be very cruel as far as feeling good about ourselves and what we want as individuals. Very rarely have I seen anyone be true, maybe because we've forgotten how to be true. I'm not sure if I could ever say these words to anyone outside of my family... then again family means a group of people who share a common bond of unconditional love for one another. Who knows... maybe I can!

i used to say that every single day of my life and its not hard for me to tell him how much i love him but the most important thing is to show him that i love him...

I say I love you to my husband everyday, many times..When he calls me from work, before hanging up the phone, i tell him. When I get home from work, i kiss him and tell him i missed him and that i love him, and when we say good night. It does come naturally to me, because what i tell him is all true. He's not really the "I love you" saying type, but he does respond "me too" when i tell him, and sometimes, he'll tell me he loves me.
