Papaya...

As a fruit and also more as an ideal vegetable, papaya is a coveted gift of Nature world-wide. It contains beta-carotine that is converted to vitamin-A by our body. Also it it excellent for digestive system and reduces constipation. Ripe papaya taken as fruit is more beneficial than raw papaya taken cooked!
In my opinion, every family must grow its plant, at least five, with proper care to get papaya at hand throughout the year. Are you thinking so?

not only it is good for eating but papaya has been found to have the enzyme "papain" that is now widely-used in asia for skin whitening...and currently im using soap that has papaya extracts for my beauty regimen.
