Help anyone. I have accidentally posted a discussion twice.

I was on the process of completing the post after clicking the "start discussion button". but have a second thought of going back to place a picture. i pressed the back button and unfortunately, my post was gone. so i retype the content again but using the same subject. pressed again the "start discussion" button and there i found out i have double posted. this is an honest mistake and im afraid ill sanction by the admin for this. how do we correct this? I currently have one post and two in the other thread. I wanted those integrated and have the other thread deleted. I hope the admin can see this. the subject of the is: "How do you express LOVE?" thanks for any help.
