the ebay advertising banners that appear above the discussions?!It's very clever how they are targetted at our interests and man is it tempting to go and bid on stuff!How many of us I wonder have taken a peek at items displayed and bought them. I know I have - its bloody hard not too!What have you bought? Me, It's usually DVD's and work related stuff. I can't resist it!!!!

LOl I have bought one thing since joining mylot and that was a book, A collection of American Poetry. I guess I have been pretty good, but I do often go look at the items being displayed.

Its actually quite wonderful, mostly unknown poets from the 70's and up. I have found a few that I admire quite a bit and would love to read more from them. I have a book budget tho and I can't go over that. Books and dolls are my down fall.

LOL I can't remember the last time I sat down and read a book. I've been trying to read "Scar Tissue" by Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers for the last 6 months and although it's absolutely fascinating and extremely well written, I just can't seem to get over half way through!
