Is fummo a scam?

It is in it's prelaunch stage right now. I did sign up in hopes of getting a few referrals. I haven't gotten any. So I decided to start a discussion on why you wouldn't sign up. It could be a scam. Yes it could be. But what if it isn't? What if you pass up signing up under me? I get $5 a referral.Too much time to fill out? It only took me a few minutes to sign up. I think I clicked on a email to verify it. I would love to see if this is a scam. If 50 sign up under me, ( most of my friends here minus a few who are already members ), that could mean $250 or more. If it is a scam, I am out nothing but knowing I helped my referrer try. You are only out your time too but you will have that warm fuzzy feeling that you tried to help me. Thanks for reading and replying.
