As you know that in the memory of horace slughorn tom riddle said that 7 was the most powerful number.This means he intended to create 7 horcruxes.He wanted to kill harry and create his 7th and the strongest horcrux but faled.Do you think he had killed another person or has only 6 horcruxes.
