Does SANJAYA have DIGNITY?

Howard Stern among others campaigned for Sanjaya Malakar because they hate the show, "American Idol". They want it to be cancelled so they are now voting for the WORST contestant, and now this season's worst is Sanjaya.
If you were Sanjaya and you know what's happening outside (as in people voting for him because he's the worst contestant), what would you do? I'd probably quit the show, because I'm the epitome of mockery and my pride will not take it. I'd do the talented contestants a favor and resign this season.
What do you think? What can you say?

and to think he has actually gotten cocky with Simon as well. I like the kid, he's a good kid, but not up to caliber with the rest. Tonight one of my favorite male performers was kicked off. That is just wrong !! He has no dignity, because I personally would have resigned. Why would I want to be on a show where I was the laughing stock of basically the world ??

good point! sanjaya should have gone before the guy who got kicked off tonight!
if i was sanjaya and i knew about the whole howard stern thing..and like you said.."laughing stock of basicall the world" i would go for SURE!
there are some fantastic singers on there right now...but as nice a guy as sanjaya seems to be...he just isnt one of them.

I say they are stupid if they are doing this because he is a lousey singer. he should of been voted off like the first week

it's sad that howard stern is promoting sanjaya, knowing that he is the most oddball and untalented contestant of all this season, so that the american idol can lose credibility. what the americans do not know is that such majority vote for sanjaya show how stupid they are in recognizing true talent. just my 2 cents.
