i don't like drinking milk since i was a kid. i always felt like i will vomit after drinking. but now that i'm so busy, that i tend to skip meals, especially breakfast, i force my self to drink milk even if its so hard for me... i also need this to gain calcium, coz my back's always in pain. i drink the "ready to drink" milk, the full cream one. i don't like not fat and fresh milk, it taste awful!

I like the drink milk however we usually don't have the luxury of being able to drink milk regularly. Milk is great for the body. It lessens the risk for osteoporosis and it makes you alert.

I like milk only if it is thick and sweet. I dont like milk when it is watery or when it is less sweet. I love to drink thick cream milk which my mom prepares.. Its really very tasty.. Also milk is very very good for health.

I drink lots of milk because I do a lot of weight training then the milk is good for building muscle due to the high protein content as well as being good for bones. I have it on my cereal too, but never in coffee. I also love milkshake. I always have the semi-skimmed because the skimmed milk is too watery and the full fat is too creamy and sickly.

i like to drink milk but often times it is my body that goes against it. i feel like vomiting everytime i try to drink it. so what i'd do is to add something to it. it is also better if i drink milk which is chocolate or vanilla flavor. it is also better if its cold and fresh.

well researches have shown that drinking milk regularly will not cause coronary artery problems.they also found out that those children who drank milk regularly tended to be healthier that those who did not. regular milk drinkers were also found to smoke less than others. besides "milk wipes heat from the heart like fingers wipe sweat from the brow(Prophet Muhammad SAWS)" so though i dont like milk i still drink it for a healthy heart, mind and body. it also reduces blood pressure and may also help control body fat.
so whenever you drink milk think that if it is not satisfying my taste at least it is satisfying your body requirements.

I don't really care for milk. If it is ice cold or oreo's involved I will choke down a glass of it. I don't like the taste of it really. Sometimes if I run out of cream I will add milk to my coffee and I cook with it and pour over cereal but to sit and drink a glass no.... in one word YUCK

I never like to drink plane milk.
I prefer milk shakes with some fresh fruits added to it.
Atleast the flavoured milk I can consume but I can't tollerate the smell of plain milk.
I always take cilled miks rather than the hot one.
Wish you a good health.

According to the National Academy of Sciences, children and adults should drink 24 oz. of milk each day. Teens should drink even more — at least 32 oz. of milk a day.
Further, the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), give Americans a blueprint for good nutrition, including guidelines on including milk and milk products in a healthy diet. Additionally, USDA replaced the traditional Food Guide Pyramid with the new "MyPyramid" symbol and interactive food guidance system, which allows consumers to individualize their dietary recommendations.
We all know that the calcium in milk helps build strong bones, but milk is loaded with eight other essential vitamins and minerals. these are: calcium, protein, vitamin a, vitamni b-12, vitamin d, potassium, phosphorous, niacin and riboflavin.
