How many, use indicators strictly while driving

Since I have started driving in Dubai, I have noticed a lot of people, who dont use their indicator lights properly while changing lanes or taking diversion. These can cause fatal accidents, specially in hi-speed driving roads. I follow them always, even if there are no cars foloowing me on the road. I have put up a pratice of it. What do you think about it? Isn't each of our lives important???

Okay it's not a problem only in Dubai but in london , Newyork ,Mumbai , Hongkong .......... every city is suffering because of people not following traffic rules. They can't even switch on their side indicators if turning right or left. I have seen many people had breakfast with dear god just because of some silly people.
Definately each life is important.
