Hi all. What does it take to own a personal blog. I have ideas and skill i would love to share in my personal blog; how do i go about it. I need pros in the house to help me get started. Hope it doesn't involve money?

Cool. I think you have what it takes to have a blog, ideas, skill (writing, etc) and love or passion of doing it (the most important though, you love what you're doing). I used to have two blogs, one i wrote a lot, the other one just posted photos hehe. I deleted one (for some personal reasons), the one that i wrote a lot, so as of now I only have one and seemed to be I'm starting from scratch again. I just simply used the friendster (free). Hopefully soon I can make more blogs. It's kinda awesome.

By the way, with my own experience on blogging, I just simply use the friendster.com (you've got to be a member of it, then I think after a week you can make your own blog already and its for free). I tried also the blogger.com, but it says it's for personal and not for commercial use (because nowadays there are money making online that pays your blog- I think its awesome!, You've got to express yourself and get paid, I'm planning to do it soon).
Anyways, try to search the blogging on internet, just follow instructions (be sure the site is for free, surely most of it are for free). It'e easy =)

to start a blog: just find a site that provides a free blogging ( a lot of it). As for myself it's friendster.com and blogger.com. Then You just have to sign up there (like persoanl informations),
follow instructions (like you have to create if possible a unique blog's name, your description of the blog: must be catchy),
choose template that suits you and start posting or writing. That's it. you're done.

hi friend, if you really want to create a blog then its very easy and it cost you nothing, there are many service available on the internet which is providing free service of blogging. Ofcourse blogger.com is the right to create a blog for newbie. i have listed step-by instruction on my blog to create a blog, you can go through it and create one http://earn-blog.blogspot.com

I like blog with wordpress and livejournal. But wordpress is best for me. And if u don;t mind, u can visit one of my blog here ;-)
