e-ticket in europe ?

I travel to Europe at least once a year and for the last couple of times I have used an e-ticket. I still go to my travel agent but I do search the internet first and tell her the fares that I found. So far she has been able to closely match what I I found myself. I think travel agents will always have a role to play, it is the face to face interaction, additional questions I have, travel insurance and health insurance questions. Although I usually find my own health insurance at a better price and purchase it elsewhere.
