Would you consider adopting a shelter dog?

I would absolutely adopt from the shelter. For one thing you are saving an animals life. And whats more rewarding than knowing that you are giving this animal a loving home safe from mean people who might what to animal testing or pet fighting or knowing that you saved it from being euthanized. I've adopted from the shelter and I work for a non-profit rescue group, I think my job is very stressful because I can't save them all, but the ones I can save, its a very rewarding feeling. I also believed rescues understand they have been saved and they show you all the time. All dogs are different when it come to training and like everything else, training a dog needs time and repeative practice.
