Like Mr narayanamurthy of Infosys says, it does not matter who the coach is or whether he is an Indian or a foreigner. it is more a question of setting up a system, the ground rules and the objective being well defined. Thereafter,it is the aspect of selecting the leader.
In our case ,it is the captain and the coach. Give them the task, place all resources at their disposal, give them all the backing they need, and ensure absolute zero interference.
The guys will deliver. but to validate this theory, do we wait for the next world cup? do we have the patience for this? Or will this country of armchair tacticians and interfering power mongers take Indian cricket the hockey way. Why trod ther beaten path?

well it's the team not the coach that performs on the field...
talking about whether having an indian or foreign coach,i think john wright was the best coach 4 men in blue....
if we can bring him back,we can reveal the magic.....
but still i prefer an indian as a coach 4 our team..

Coach will be not so important most of the things depends on the team and the players who mostly participate in team. Even some time very ordinary coaches provide the nice results. Cricket is a game f technique and stamina. So the Team is much more important rather than coach of the team.
