Manchester United is one of the best team with players Change Management, they do perform with excelent combinations players.
But I think it would be great if there's a change to the manager. Can u tell me how long Sir Alex has become the architect of this club? Believe me A good Change Management always give extra advantages.

Maybe a change of management could be helpful, but not at this stage, when a new team is being built. A new manager would certainly bring about some changes in the squad, whereas, if you see, the present squad is as good as, if not better than, the treble-winning one of 1999. All they need to improve is their defence ideology. Not defence, but the ideology of defence. They need to mark the opposition more carefully, and they need to intercept balls. Once that falls into place, no one can stop them.

the defination of a really good manager is that he will never intervene head coach's idea which refer to the football's substance.what he has the rights to do is allcate the capital to the players who was opted to by the coach and marketing ans exploit the market, something else.so far,it seems that the machester united club's manager is relatively suitable to this defination.so, the suggestion is not the result that i am willing to see at the moment
