Read lots of books, watch English movies and try to speak in English as much as possible...

take courses watch english shows listen to music and sing alot with the correct text infront of you get cd-roms to learn it better

Try to think the reply or anything you want to tell to others in English and not in your mother tongue.Try to post replies in mylot.Good way is to read newspapers and watch Channels like BBC,CNN.

There are tapes and cds that teach language. I get the impression you would rather not attend class in school. You can also use books. If your skills are not very developed then read childrens books.

Practise a lot. You only get better by doing. Try to read lots of books and talk to lots of people if the opportunity presents itself.

Practice makes perfect. Try to practice reading outloud with anything and then you can copy what you read down on paper. & like others have said by responding here at mylot will help you also.

best way is too read newspaper in mirror .. watch english movies iwth subtitles. .. Watch star world ..serials like seinfield, everybody love raymonds, friends etc.
