What kind(s) of cheese do you like, and how do you enjoy them?

I love Swiss cheese, and I usually eat it with plain breads and chocolate spread..Nutella is the best! Nutella + Swiss cheese = killer combination!! =D
And I also love Brie... I eat it with plain crackers, especially Carr's crackers.. Yummy!!
What's your favorite cheese? Do you like cheese at all?? =)

I am nuts over Nutella. I didn't know that Nutella+Swiss Cheese is a killer combination... I think I am going to try it out for breakfast tomorrow. I love Swiss cheese too eversince I was exposed to Fondue when I was at my teens... Yummylicious!! Other than that, I love Mozarella cheese. Have you tried Buffalo Mozarella? It's nice too. I'd tried that when I was in Scotland. I think it's very popular in England... Maybe.. maybe not... But I like the taste of it,

I have not tried Buffalo Mozarella... Is it available in Singapore? Is it very different from regular Mozarella? How would you eat it? Do you put it on top of Pizza just like the regular Mozarella?

I actually don't think that Cold Storage has a lot of options of cheese, you know.. Haha.. I am not sure, but I think the one grocery store at the basement level of Raffles City Mall has a lot of imported cheese, but then again, I have to look up... The one that I combined with Nutella over bread is sliced Swiss Cheese, though... I have looked all over grocery stores in Singapore, but I still haven't found it, you know... =( Oh well... Let's shop cheese.. Yay.. =)

I am not sure if it's available in Singapore. I have to try looking at Cold Storage...I'll let you know. Well, I did try using it on pizzas, breads and egg omellette. My children loves the goey effect though...:

It is really awesome!! Hmmm... It makes me so hungry just to think about it... Oh, and it's better if the cheese is a little melted... Hmmmmm... Yummmm... =)

Yes... Melted cheese is the best.. Yummm.. Melted cheese can just go with everything, especially breads and spaghettis! Love it..
